I'm psyched about the movie. There was a LOT of cynicism and complaints about WB's greedy money-grab, and cries of "Set in NY? That's like the worst Fanfic ever!" but for me, the biggest draw of the HP books was her world-building, and while it had plenty of holes, I loved it and found it ridiculously intriguing and entertaining. And she may have used a lot of adverbs, but JKR is ridiculously clever and funny in her writing. WB may own the movie rights, but JKR has always held an editorial control over the content, so ... Yeah. Bring it on!! (And there will be Erumpents! There can never be too many Erumpents!)

Yay OTP of OTPs!! Sirius must be in the air, because my friend who_la_hoop just made a post about himearlier in the week and the comments turned into a love-fest, and Maggie, Min, and Kris just announced another year of rs_small_gifts. You can never have too much Sirius either! ♥ ♥ ♥
