Slade was hilariously pissy all episode. It's like he knew they were going to head off in the jungle and get busy without him.

It took a while for this version of Deadshot to grow on me, but I loved that scene with Floyd and Dig in the stairwell. And yes, seriously, Ollie made the right choice if only because him being at that ambush would have made absolutely no difference. That was a terrible ambush. Amanda Waller needs to take over this agency and whip it into shape.

So which is worse, Sebstan's hair or Loki's Rock of Ages 'do from the Thor trailer? (Which, by the way, is an AU someone should write immediately.)

Yeah, I think they're finally making Deadshot as interesting on this show as he's been elsewhere. Or at least not as boring as he was in his first appearance.

That was a terrible ambush. Amanda Waller needs to take over this agency and whip it into shape.

Oh, man, I'd love to see Amanda Waller on this show.

So which is worse, Sebstan's hair or Loki's Rock of Ages 'do from the Thor trailer?

Sebstan's hair! Because he chose to leave the house looking like that! With Loki you know it's 1. makeup and 2. because he's been in prison without his hair care regimen available.

Thanks for that poem - I didn't know Carol Berg wrote poetry but I love her novels to bits.

I don't think I knew she wrote novels. I will have to look them up.

I agree with you 100% about Arrow. That. Everything.

I like the fact that the showrunners have fine-tuned things as the season has gone on, so hopefully season 2 will be more full of stuff we like and less full of things we don't.

>>(and I'm not even against the Disneyfication of Times Square, since it certainly feels safer that way and I have no patience for people who want the grit of the 70s back, possibly because I actually lived here then, even though I was just a kid),<<

It's like with the soccer football, all, or at least most, of the people who want to go back to how it was in the 70s weren't going to football matches then.

Yeah, I get nostalgia and all, but it wasn't actually better in this respect.
