Oh, "Raincoats and Recipes." I made a sound only dogs could hear and actually fell off the couch at the Luke/Lorelai kiss. And Lorelai walking into the door is one of my favorite slapstick moments ever. Best to just ignore the Rory/Dean mess at the end.

I want to read Mark's FNL posts, but also I don't, because I'm still not recovered emotionally.

I just enjoy watching other people get punched in the feels from a relatively safe distance, since I'm not currently rewatching, and so my feelings are a little muted. Though I did well up a little at the description of Jason asked Coach to forgive him for letting him down and Coach being like, YOU DID NO SUCH THING. *sob*

And though I'm only about a quarter of the way into it yet, I think I already am more emotionally invested in one of the characters this time around, so if it keeps going well, I might turn out to love this one. We'll see.
You will love it. I was more emotionally invested in Hanani than Ehiru too. I thought The Killing Moon was great, but The Shadowed Sun is fantastic.

Yes! I stayed up late last night to finish reading it because I wanted to know what was going to happen to Hanani. I also really liked her relationship with Yanassa.

Hang on, isn't Friday a public holiday? I mean, it's Good Friday. Here in Australia, that's a public holiday. (honestly curious)

Heh. No. I've had jobs where we've gotten Good Friday off because some union or other negotiated for it, but it's not a Federal holiday.

Wow. I just find that bizarre, because wherever I've travelled and lived, GF is always a holiday. (wasn't in the US for easter though!) I suppose most of the placed I've moved to are UK/Commonwealth countries though, thinking on it. Well! The things you learn :)
