They're just two dudes from Brooklyn with big dreams and a handful of heartfelt songs and no idea how to make it in the music business. Of course they get taken advantage of, but they also hit it big on the strength of Steve's lyrics and Bucky's stage presence. But then Bucky feels like they're selling out, that it's become nothing but a dog and pony show, and he leaves to band to go off and raise alpacas or something, breaking Steve's heart in the process. Steve soldiers on, though, puts together another band, a better band, one that's meant to play sold-out stadiums and be plastered on the cover of Rolling Stone
