Yeah, I'm confused about Parker and Hardison too. I don't remember anything specific that happened in the finale, but...what is going on?

Having just watched the 3rd season for the first time in preparation for tonight...

In the middle of S3 (ish), Parker was trying to talk to Hardison about them and couldn't quite do it, and instead, made a reference to "pretzels" that was clearly supposed to be them and Hardison said, something to the effect that pretzels were always there when she wanted them.

And then in the last ep of the season, Parker said, "You know what I feel like? Pretzels!" and they beamed at each other and you were supposed to get that she was referring to them, though, unless you watched the entire season in 2 days like I did, I'm not sure if anyone would've picked up on that.

I remember when the episodes aired and I seem to recall that most people's reactions to that line in the finale was, "Pretzels? What does she mean by -- OMG SHE MEANS PRETZELS!!!" And then flailing.

Oh, yeah, I completely remember that and the implications, but it wasn't clear that they were actually going to act on that declaration.

I didn't care much for the plot of the episode but the last part with Hardison and Parker was AMAZING.

I loved Harrison tearing up when they emerged from the cave. "You're my people!"

I feel like i half watched Leverage last night, yet Parker, Parker made me cry, tear, up and feel the entire emotion she was suppose to evoke from me and OMG I just adore her so much.

That's mostly how I feel when I watch Leverage, but Parker was awesome!

Leverage erases itself from my memory too! Well, often. I think I need to own it because every viewing would be fresh, heh. Not sure if it's because of the plotty plots, or the fact that I'm mostly watching for banter and awesome moments like Eliot's "it's a very distinctive footprint."

And the "danger cupcake with murder icing."

But it's just so much FUN. I had a blast watching it last night.

Bwah! That's a good way of looking at it!

I think it's because yeah, I don't really care about the plots so much as I care about the banter and the relationships, and also because I'm not sure if I think they're too clever by half or not as clever as they think they are.
