mmmmmmmmm. Well I have apples that I didn't know what to do with, and now I do! Thank you! I already made apple pie, and apple cinnamon cake this season. (the downfall of joining a fruit CSA: you get a lot of fruit).

I made pumpkin bread last weekend as well. Next to tackle: quince & pears.

no peeling, coring, or chopping of apples to be done. That always takes so much longer than I expect.

So true! I recently made the mistake of starting to make an apple crumble at 11pm, thinking that it wouldn't take long to make. I did not get to bed very early at all.
