The thing I like about the Good Wife is that it's got this quiet intensity. About the only thing that always makes me shake my head is when the kids are in the story because they are always so stupid in the worse possible way -- writers kids can be smart too. Whatever Blake's secret about Kalinda is, I'm rooting for Kalinda.

I want Will and Alicia to realize that her voice mail was tampered with but yeah I'm loving their interaction.

Yes! Quiet intensity is a great way to put it. I find I'm pleasantly tired after watching it because I'm so tensely involved while it's going on.

Me, too. Kalinda/Louisville Slugger=OTP!

The scene with Kalinda and the car is my happy place, I want icons and gifs of it. I love her. And when Blake tries to intimidate her, she intimidates him the fuck back. (The kiss on the rear view mirror!!!♥)

This show, it makes me flail so happily. Intense is a good word to describe it. There is so much that is not said and it leaves you vibrating sometimes.

I think I've loved almost every single woman character on this show. Even the blonde lawyer. She drives me nuts, and like Alicia, I don't know if it's an act, but she is able to get the upper hand with it and it makes her awesome. Even the woman that took the 5th in the army ep, she stuck to her convictions, which lead to Alicia being so awesome. (Hell yeah, she ain't gonna shut up.) I love how strong they all are. Because we are, thank you very much, and it should not have taken so long for us to finally get a show where this is normal, but I am so glad it's here.

Also, I really want to see where they're going to go with the whole Bond-Alicia mentor thing.

I know, right?

*nod nod*

I love how much they trust the audience to just GET IT, instead of constantly hammering things home with heavyhanded exposition and dialogue.

I love how strong they all are. Because we are, thank you very much, and it should not have taken so long for us to finally get a show where this is normal, but I am so glad it's here.

Yes! And they drive the action, not the men. It's about them and their reactions, with the men on the periphery. So much love!
