Do you have any thoughts about Detroit 1-8-7? I don't know the background, and I don't know if it's intentional or not, but it feels similar to Homicide, to me at least,

I haven't watched it (I found the fact that it uses the California code for homicide in a show set in Detroit kind of laughable), but you're not the first person to mention that it has HLotS-like potential, so I might try to track it down this weekend.

My Fringe picks right now would be Safe, Bound, Ability, Unleashed, Bad Dreams, The Road Not Taken, There's More Than One of Everything, A New Day in the Old Town...oops, that's 8 and I'm hardly into S2 yet.

I need to do a S2 rewatch to figure out which ones I'd pick to hook someone in. Jacksonville, Peter, White Tulip, Brown Betty...a bunch of others I'm sure, but those are a few off the top of my head.

It's hard, because so much stuff comes back around to being meaningful. I think both Bound and Ability would be on my list, plus There's More Than One of Everything and a New Day in the Old Town, and the ones from season 2 you mentioned, plus the season 2 finale.
