Leo's death was my pick, too. I think one of the most powerful images I ever saw on television was the shot of his glasses and watch sitting on the nightstand, and then his empty shoes. So powerful, so tasteful, and so perfectly done.

I would also have to put in ER Mark Green's death. Those last words and that song. I'm crying right now.
