So I had my review today, technically, I guess it's yesterday now, and it went well. Boss 1 and Boss 2 are very pleased with me - they think I'm smart (which I am) and capable (which...I am, though sometimes I forget that) and want to give me more projects and hope I'm happy and will stick around a while. I don't think the Supernatural writers watch any previous episode or, for that matter, read any prior scripts. It's like a brand new show every fucking damn episode. I think I'm finally ready to abandon ship. The lazy writing is making my brain twitch.

I keep hearing great things about Burn Notice, and I'm trying to watch it, but man, something about Jeff Donovan's face really bothers me. And so does Gabrielle Anwar's, actually (Botox, anyone?). I've never had this reaction to a show before. It's very odd.

Yeah, I am not at all confident in most of the writers anymore. It's kind of like they realized that maybe they could squeeze out a season six, so they're just going to drag this season out interminably.

Huh. I think he's not typically handsome, but I find Michael Westen very attractive, because he is very smart and exceptionally good at his job.

... You mean like how they never mention that this whole apocalypse thing wouldn't be an issue at all if Castiel hadn't a) GROWN A PAIR EARLIER, and either b) NOT LET SAM OUT OF THE FUCKING PANIC ROOM IN THE FIRST FUCKING PLACE or, c) TOLD EITHER BROTHER WINCHESTER WHAT THE FINAL SEAL WAS.

I... I can put up with crappy plotholes and wtfery if the characters make sense, but last week almost nothing made any sense with what's come before, Des. I don't even know!
