throws light on the walls and the scars

I am feeling very blah and mid-winter blues-ish lately. I just want to pull the covers over my head and sleep. Even though this week we're having a stretch of sunny, not too cold (in the 40s!) weather.

To help combat that, I'm going to take prompts for halfamoon. This year I'm going to try to write a ficlet for all fourteen days ( Read more... )

halfamoon, memes: fannish, memes, tv: burn notice, i fail at glee!, tv: general, tv: treme

Glad to know I'm not the only one who had to learn that Bones lesson the hard way.

I can still ID a Brady Bunch ep from the opening shots. I recently impressed my boss' kids with this ability. most poeple just think it's sad...

Yeah, Bones is even worse than House when it comes to the gross-outs. No more ice cream during Bones. *snerk*

And I'm so glad that other people have this skill. I don't think I could still do it - it's been too many years - but man, my sister would be like, "But it's the same shot of the house!" and my brother and I would know that it wasn't, exactly.

I can generally still do that for Little House on the Prairie episodes. Heh.

Oh, man, Little House. We used to watch that pretty religiously too. God, I hated Nellie Olson.

Junior Bunk, Junior Bunk, Junior Bunk.

Man, I hope Clark Johnson shows up on Treme.

And, uh, I will see what I can do. I'm a little wary of Holmes, because I'm not familiar with the book canon.

I would have said Andre Braugher, except that I'm not watching Men of a Certain Age, so I'm not sure if that's true.

I think we discussed this already, but Ray Romano's mere presence in that show cancels out the attraction of Andre Braugher.

In other words, I tried watching and had to give up. :D

Yeah, the reviews I've seen have been mixed. I don't have the hate-on for Romano that a lot of people do, but the show itself seems very... irrelevant to my interests.

I didn't even bother because of Romano. and I might have because of Bakula and Braugher.

Yeah, I don't have the reaction as often with CM, though lately they're definitely hitting my "OMG SO CREEPY CAN'T LOOK!" button.

*nod nod*

Mine, too.

I, uh, no longer get HBO either, but I'm sure I'll figure something out. *whistles innocently*
