I desperately need new work clothes. I went looking today but for some reason found NOTHING I liked. Which was rather depressing. I did find a cute pair of comfy shoes though! At least they seem comfy. Sometimes I'll buy a pair that feels great the first day and then the next they start to hurt. I don't get it. Anyway, these will look good whether I wear a skirt or slacks, so for now I am satisfied.

Yeah, I was lucky that there were a lot of jewel tones and dark colors, though I did inexplicably wind up buying a couple of things in pink, which I normally avoid. Hmm...

I hear you. You walk around the store and they're fine, but get 'em home and they hurt. It doesn't make any sense, but it happens a lot.
