something's coming over me
The new shoes I wore to work on Friday were not at all comfortable, so this morning I went to Payless and bought two adorable pairs of ballerina flats (one black patent leather, one faux suede), since it was buy-one-get-one-half-price, and then I ran into Avenue, since they were also having some kind of sale, and bought a bunch of sweaters and stuff for work.
I hadn't bought new clothes since last summer. It was time for some new things, so I can retire some of the old stuff.
The only problem now is I can't wear it all at once, and I am not carrying it home, so I have to wait for the weekends I'm out here.
Everyone should have such problems, yeah?
Speaking of problems, god, I can't deal with the LJ-slowness here. I don't understand how it's been six months and NOTHING has been fixed - it has to be a problem somewhere along the line with Optimum Online's server routes, but they disclaim all responsibility, as does LJ (of course), and it's not this computer, so. I don't even know what to do, but it makes me crazy.
