The show was really good - I only knew one of the songs she sang, but she sounded great, and I am a sucker for the big standup bass and piano sound. It was all very jazzy and cool. A couple of my other cousins were actually in attendance, so we all went to the Cornelia St. Cafe for dinner afterwards ( Read more... )

Thank you for the new Tom McRae tracks! I've been wanting a proper copy of "Got A Suitcase, Got Regrets" since I saw him play it near the end of last year. I remembered the end as being particularly awesome, and it is!
