I've added "Greg Grunberg: zombie wrangler" to my LJ interests, and I think you should, too.

I totally went "Dwayne Wayne!" too.

and I feel the same way on the House storyline. Why bother putting us through that if they were going to pull an undo at the end?

For a moment, I thought House was pulling a double whammy on Wilson. Really detoxing - because come on, he looked like shit - and was, for whatever House reasons he has (Maybe because people do think he functions better on the pills and he doesn't want to be questioned constantly) was pretending otherwise to Wilson. but I doubt they're going to go that way.

I think what they were trying to show us was that house WAS an addict - when he passed out in his apartment and Wilson found him. But he was pushed to that really - lack of pills and extreme pain, since I"m sure the stress aggravated it - so it's not the valid example the writers seem to think it was.

I'm just glad the storyline is over, really. It was getting way tedious.

hee! I was on IM and I was like, 'Dwayne Wayne is House's lawyer' and neither of the people I was chatting with seemed to know who that was. *is old*

Seriously! Like, we *know* House can't change or grow or the show loses a lot of its bite and appeal, so why the fuck even feint at it?

For me it's a really irritating extratextual ( ... )

I got the sense from this episode that Tritter was Projecting, with a capital P, his own addiction issues onto House, but that didn't make him suck any less as an obnoxious plot device. (Nor did the patient of the week's giant Anvil of Fresh Startiness.)

...aaand, House read J.K. Rowling?

Well, yes, there was that bit with the "No more Christmas cards" so he's obviously been jerked around by addicts in the past, and was taking it out on House, but since I don't give a rat's ass about Tritter, that kind of means nothing to me.

I'm just also in a really bad mood, so... a whole silo of salt probably ought to accompany every comment I make right now.

I don't know that you need to read the books to know who Voldemort is, but why not?

In other, other news, they need to stop this "won five Golden Globe NOMINATIONS" bullshit.
This just cracked me up. It's like the PR people have suddenly lost the ability to comprehend language: there are at least nine other words that would fit better than 'won'. Morons.

Seriously. They just want to confuse people into thinking that.

I actually think Cuddy just double fucked House AND Tritter. Triple if you count the awed expression on Wilson's face when he discovers what she did.

She truly is awesome in all senses.
