What a wonderful update! I really enjoyed the scene b/ Emmett and Brian... always felt he understood Brian so well, and wasn't afraid to speak his mind. Hopefully it will do some good!

I found the extras very helpful... the timeline and the character reference. But you know what I would find extremely helpful? An easy link to the previous chapters. Whenever I am reading WIP's, I always like to go back and read the previous chapter before starting the new one and a link would be so much easier!

Looking forward to more... and finding out exactly what happened to Justin and James and well, everything!

Thanks, Dee Dee! Yeah, there was a lot going on in that one; I could kick myself for it being so long! I know most people don't mind the very long chapters, but they drive me crazy because so much gets thrown at you at once, lol.

Each chapter will start peeling away their past and defining their future for them. I'd describe chapter 8 as a quiet sort of chapter, not so much in content but in an overall feel. I'm not sure I've had a quiet chapter in this story yet, hehe.

Loved this update! I loved the scene with Emmett. I always loved Emmett and he was never afraid of Brian like the others, told him what was what when he needed it. And Brian needed it. I'm glad he's starting to listen.
