I used to do these random update things on tumblr, but since most of my readers are on LJ, it's sort of pointless. So out of guilt because it's been over a month since I've updated, I'm essentially spamming your list with a nonsensical update that maybe you don't even care about ( Read more... )

This here is not a contest and nobody has a deadline. I don't think you will anyone find here who isn't willing to wait for quality. You write, like others do, and are so nice to share it with us. Feeling guilty about not throwing the words out like a printer is BS, IMO. Just saying.

You're a sweetie, Pet! <3 Have I told you lately how nice and amazing you are. Admittedly, this is more of a self-constructed deadline than anything else. I've not gone so long without posting TAC, and I feel really terrible about it because I do get random messages here and there about the next update. :) People aren't pressuring me so much as I want to get this all out there for you. But I assure you that I don't intend on publishing anything less than quality.

I'm doing well, yes! I have a few days off from work, so that's exciting! I need some time just to chill out. I hope you've been well too, hon.

I'm absolutely fine. I had a great meeting with my BFF who I know since elementary school - means like trillion years so far. It always puts me in a special mood, kind of grounded, you could say.

Haha, yes, that's me! And spelled correctly too. :) Props to you, hon. <3

I am having quite a bit of fun. :) Trust me, if I was frustrated or unhappy, I wouldn't be able to look at it. My guilt mostly stems from the fact that I was updating so frequently that I'm frustrated with myself, more than anything else. I enjoy being able to be hyper productive. And self-imposed deadlines do help a lot. I thrive under pressure in that sense.

I appreciate the comments and encouragement! It's nice to know that it's just me spazzing and that you all are happy to wait. <3

But I thought you were Deb? Where did I get that from? OMG, I am SORRY for having called you the wrong name!!

Don't worry about however long it takes you to update. I mean, I manage to wait for Cindy's fic and she only updates a few times a year so comparatively, you are posting at the speed of light!

I'd rather wait for quality any day.

Yup, Hillary! But don't worry about it at all. <3 There's so many people on LJ that it's hard to keep names straight. That's why I ask for an introduction if we're going to be mutual friends, lol. I need something to reference when I can't remember a name! But honestly, irl I get called Ashley a lot because of my last name, so these sorts of slip ups are no big deal.
