It's always so tempting for me to keep the stuff I deal in ! I know what you're saying about the shirt...it's Fabulous...but I have to behave myself and sell it! ;-)
I took a look at your auctions- looking good...you've been a busy bee! :-)
and don't forget cezanne would spend years on a painting. YEARS! holy moly... he would have many paintings working at a time... (I gues lots of them did) and he would have a still life going and the fruit would be rotting and he wouldn't let the cleaning person remove it. LOL i love artists, we are all insane.. YAY us!

Wow...taking years to make a painting! Yes...I'm understanding that more and more these days!!! I used to be really mean to myself- expecting too much output too quickly- and it was making me hate art! Belch!!!
Last night, I was painting and realized that I'm going through another weird phase...I've been painting and repainting a set of canvases and haven't been happy with any of it! :-0 It all looks like crap...and even worse, I feel like CRAP while painting it!!! I am so INSECURE right now about painting...it's not even funny! But- I'm sticking with it...the only way out is through...with paintbrush moving in my hand.
Bless the Artists who have gone before us...they give us permission to be as crazy as we need to be...to get the art out of us! :-)
