Let me e'splain. No, there is too much. Let me sum up.

1. I owe my mother an apology - I was supposed to drive with her out to meet up with my sister and her kids in Tennessee on Sunday, and I didn't because I haven't been sleeping well and wanted to sleep in that morning. Which supports my lamentable thesis that "most people are stupid." I keep trying to disprove that theory, and sadly it keeps getting supported.

I tried to sign up for Facebook recently. It didn't work so I missed getting on the bandwagon. Maybe that's for the best.

2. Damned straight. Haven't seen the movie, but most of the "zomg!" reactions I'm seeing are just ludicrous. Then again, that's so often the case.

4. Welcome to the addiction. I manage to avoid spending too much time there (especially since I can get the little twitter-like status updates in an RSS feed), but I know that if I start playing games, I'll never stop. And like you, I use it mainly as a way to touch base with some high-school friends.

5. If it weren't for the transportation costs. . .

8. Yup. And the media just rolled over and let themselves be chastised over reporting Clarke's (accurate) statement that being captured does not show any leadership qualities.
