I've had that happen to my calves if i've worked them out hard enough. it doesn't last an entire week but about 4 days. they'll just stay swollen and look pumped. I usually hit the same body part a week apart since i indirectly train it while doing other muscles. for example when i do chest ... it indirectly trains shoulders and triceps. when I do back .. i indirectly train biceps. so i'd just say leave the arm training for next week. hopefully it's just what i went through and nothing serious.
