Muscle tightness?

Hey just a curious question.

I've been feeling a lot of tightness in my arms lately. No soreness, just tightness. It's the same feeling as when I've just done my arms and I have that pumped out feeling that comes with it. But I haven't done arms since Wednesday last week, and yet I still feel the tightness there.

Since I've been actually working out right, now (as opposed to 10 or whatever years ago when I _thought_ I knew I wanted to body build), I've been noticing a prolonged pump (?) that stays with me. Is this something common or is it a sign of something bad or good? Should I work my arms out when I'm feeling this or take a couple of days more to recover (I usually hit the same muscle group 4 days apart ie; Arms monday, arms friday).

Anypoop, I don't really think it's a bad thing, but I was curious for some input 'cause this is new to me.
