So, the last couple of evenings I've been feeling very hot and stewed by the time I've got off the tube at the end of the journey on my way home. I'd put it down to hot weather and overcrowded carriages, but then I woke up this morning feeling much the same, with the addition of dizziness, and severe pins and needles in my hands ( Read more... )

I feel your pain. I think the new blood pressure med that Dr. Julie gave me is giving me afternoon hot flushes. My face and throat get really red and hot, like I have a fever, but I don't get hot anywhere else.

And what's the deal with the dollies?

spican did her Real-Spica and Spica-Sue pair, and then an X-Files set (Scully, Krycek, Marita and Kim Cook). Alas, they're friends locked, but they are cute. And inspiring, as you can see.

It also killed time quite nicely yesterday evening and this lunchtime when I wasn't feeling up to much that involved actual brainpower. Point and click was perfect. ;-)

Awesome and pretty! I would've recognized you from that photo you sent me last summer or so.

Is it just my imagination, or has Muridae Sue borrowed a little clothing and color inspiration from Andromeda? :)

Oh no! Andromeda-Sue! (Believe me, I'm fighting hard to keep her in her place there.)

I think actually it's that both Andromeda-Sue and Muridae-Sue feared getting entangled in the vast swathes of pink and purple that made up most of the clothing that was their kind of thing. So the deep red was a good compromise. And then I saw the silly dress with the plumes and *had* to use it for the Sue.
