Wow, I am so glad that I found this post. I am just trying to catch up on my LJ stuf after the big storm. :)

Maybe Gullveig is the third of the Triple Goddess: Frigga, Freyja, Gullveig. I have always been a big fan of Triple Goddesses, which I why I think I relate so much to The Morrigan.

Yes, I just read it! Even though the poster uses their argument as a basis for why Frigga and Freyja are different Goddesses, I think the same argument can and has been used to suggest that she is one in the same. very interesting stuff. Of course I won't likely be bringing up that opinion over there, as it might make me look fluffy ;)
