I think this is the essence of the life of a psiritual person who sees the interconnectedness of all things. Where life is a prayer.

I love how you are juxtapositioning the Kabbalah stuff, with the Norse stuff. It is very interesting. I am learning a great deal about Odin this way.

Yep. I think that's the part that has been jumping out at me the most as I look at Kavanah.

Thanks! I sometimes feel like the truth of things has been buried and echoes up through various traditions, so the only way to truly understand it is to look at it through the eyes of each tradition.
