They don't tell you that you need to get a license if you chip your chat, so it's kind of a surprise when you get the notice in the mail. :| Non-chipped cats need not apply.

I am not sure I would want my cat superpowered.

That is a very good point on the superpowers.

But the chip/liscense thing is weird. you think they'd want to ENCOURAGE chipping and thus not make you pay more monies because you got it done.
