Yeah, during all of Sam's scenes my only thought was basically "I want to punch him in the face."

You, who get the kicked puppy look when he says he doesn't want to go back because he wants to protect the people you forced (I say forced because we all knew Dean would grant Sam his dying wish, even if Sam seems incapable of the same courtesy) him to stay with.

GOD, THIS. THIIIIIIIIIIIS. He was finally sort of acting like himself again and then Dean was said he was staying with Lisa and he turned into EMOTIONALLY MANIPULATIVE DOUCHBAG MAN AND I WANTED TO PUNCH HIM IN. THE. FACE.

Theory 1: I like it. I like it a lot. Did you finish Lost?

Theory 2: HE HAD BETTER AT LEAST BE THE DEVIL FOR THAT SHIT HE PULLED. UGH.

I have seen Lost season 1 and 6, part of season 2, and The Incident. So, yeah, technically, I finished it. And I'm totally fine with the Winchesters meeting up in an elaborate purgatory after Luci got handsy with everyone.

But Sam? Needs to die in a fire, fall in a hole, and get the fuck out. Like, yesterday.

That like, wasn't even Sam. Or at least that's what I'm telling the part of me that's ;____; about his character assassination. I'm calling him AntiSam.

AntiSam. I like it. Better than Samifer, because Luci at least made sense and wasn't a total dick. And if he was, he had a reason.

Well, since LOST basically became parts of SPN at times, I like that your Theory 1 is basically LOST, too :) .. And, the SPN people could actually make that work a lot better than the LOST people did, IMO.

But I really need some Sam and Lucifer merging. There is just no way - I refuse to believe - that the Sam in this part here is the Sam we've had through the whole thing. He's at least somewhat Luci.

However they want to play that out (of course, that limits the way that Marksha can come back, and I need Show to bring him back)

I think Show and I might have a messy break up if my Marksha doesn't come back. He could be a figment of Sam's imagination. Or this creepy guy named Jacob who touches everyone then runs off laughing. I'm not picky.

I'm the same way! I don't care how they want to bring him back - flashback, memory, hallucination, whatever.

I'm not one of the writers, but I need him back on the show. They didn't use him enough in season 05 to satisfy me :(

Sam, Sam, Sam. I don't know what to think yet. Gotta watch it again. But I did want to slap Sam when he kept referring to the other Campbell hunters as family. I know they're like third cousins and grandpa (so don't trust him) and that Dean got out (reminds me of the mafia), but still doesn't feel right.

Here's a happy thought, Sam said he got poisoned too. So here's to hoping he hallucinated Luci and maybe we'll get some flashbacks of Mark :)

Nothing about it feels right.

Yeah... I don't like Sam either. I never really have liked him that much in canon, but damn. In this episode I just wanted to punch him square in the face too :P ( ... )

I think my new superpower is being able to sympathize with Dean, no matter what. He didn't seem too douchey to me. He seemed like he was torn between his real family and the family he'd built. Like he doesn't know what he wants, so he's going to try to do the right thing and stick with the family that can't protect itself and accepted him instead of the family that ignored him for a year and can hunt. If that makes sense.

I KINDA LIKE YOUR THEORIES, AND I KINDA WANT TO BELIEVE THEM. I actually really like the Samifer one. But I'm having trouble actually BELIEVING it. Or, well, unless Lucifer is really deep, DEEP DEEEEEEEEEEP down, and Sam has so much control he doesn't realize Lucy is there, only that he has these nagging feelings at times.

Yes. I like this theory.

Yes. That. Exactly.

That's totally why the lightbulb broke in 5.22. Angel magic!
