With the exception of seeing bits of them on cable, I didn't go out to see any of the Scary Movie films or the Not Another Teen Movie ones either. Not for any reason excepting they looked really stupid. Even the little bits I saw were funny but put all of them together and my head would implode if I sat all the way through

I'm probably going to see it, just for the material it parodies. That and my wife's a big Kids in the Hall fan, so Kevin MacDonald as Harry Potter will tickle.

Not Another Teen Movie was actually not made by anyone involved with the Scary Movies, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Most of the actors from that proceeded to much or at least moderately larger roles afterwards. (Chris Evans went on to become the perfect Human Torch, and Jimmy Olsen from Supe Returns was in it, as well as one of the loser friends from Pulse. Well, two out of three ain't bad. Jaime Pressly blew up bigtime on My Name Is Earl.)
