I think track could take a page out their book in regards to this. 50 leg lifts, 50 crunches, 50 sides on each side, then these bend ones for your obliques, then side leg lifts, and finishing it with 50 more leg lifts. There are certain times in life when you realize: Damn, I'm an idiot.  Take the whole situation with my debit card for example, it's been aggravating, annoying, and been bothering me for 3 weeks.  All because, I mistook a 6 in the pin number for a 5.  Goddamn it!
