(no subject)
At this time of year it get silent easily. There's still noise outside and all around, but it passes quickly and you're just left with the crisp silence that pervades your mind. Being left with a feeling of serenity, of peace. Or for the more up and going, not neccesarily a boring atmosphere, but one in which nothing is rushed. The air is cool, the heavy, humid rain is gone and now we're left with the aftermath. The cold that won't leave until spring. Or since this being new england, give it a few weeks and it'll get too warm for the time of year.
Skydiving got cancelled this weekend, bummer. Now it's next weekend, in which I was hoping to go back to RI for a few things and to visit. I'm getting into a rut of being in contact with my parents, I really should try and put forth an effort or something.
Once again classes have been classes. I made my first paper mistake I guess, had a paper due friday. Waited until thursday to look up sources and write it. I don't think I did that bad of a job, but goddamn. Bad decisions.
Seen quite a few movies lately, most notably are corpse bride, history of violence, and sin city. I still want to see corpse bride in the theater though, I downloaded a bootleg copy, which isn't of best quality. For being free though, I'll take it. I liked corpse bride, better than Nightmare before Christmas in my opinion. History of violence was well done, but eh, not something I'd see again. And Sin City, that movie was just awesome. It's a stylish movie.
I actually did stuff saturday, went to manchester with my asian mentor and two other guys. It's kinda funny how we were walking around in like a pack of Asians.
Eh, that's all for now I guess. I'm feeling rather lazy.
