New lens: 50 mm

It was kind of unplanned, but suddenly I decided I wanted a new lens for my camera and got one. It's a 50mm lens and so far it's been great working with it. I'm still getting used to not being able to zoom. With doll photography I zoom in for close ups most of the time, but this lens forces me to do more full body shots. Thanks. A lens with a larger aperture also means I can take shots with low shutter speed in low light conditions. Ideal for moving rabbits who like to sit in the darker areas of my apartment. ;)

The...the...size difference, oh GOD.
Is Kunibert the big one? Jesus Christ XD

But the photos look lovely so far. Personally I never wanted to get back to a zoom after my first prime :3c

That's crazy! I was never much of a rabbit person myself (and thus not really informed about the different kinds of rabbits), but Kunibert is awesome.
And it's cute how Dolly snuggles up to him, aaaw :3

Rabbits have gained populairity as pets in the last few decades. Before that they were mostly kept and bred for meat and later on as show animals. There are lots of breeds and "colours". Also rabbit hopping and agility is getting more and more popular, although both Kunibert and Dolly aren't suitable for those sports.

There's lots about rabbits that I didn't know either. I wasn't much of a rabbit person, but I am allergic to cats and we don't have the lifestyle for a dog.
Having two rabbits who like each other is really cute. Tom calls it "Rabbit TV".
