Shopping Spree
Yes, I went on a bit of one.
I'm not one to spend a vast amount of money but there were so many good things out there today that I couldn't help myself.
First off off to Sears and got some new socks, I really needed some, my old ones all have holes and I haven't learned to darn...yet.
Then it was off to lunch with some friends to Langs for some Vietnamese food. After we went over to the Joggle Joint for some second hand shopping and I found a great top hat and a lamp shade for a standing floor lamp I found in the back alley.
After that we stopped by Memories from Yvonne and found two great tie clips. really nice ones, one is mother of pearl, the other has a hanging "amber" pendant. I also stopped by a magazine store and got the new Ceramics Art and Perception and the new Communication Arts, Illustration Annual.
All in all, an expensive, but good day.
