Chemistry...?

I hate to admit this, but sometimes I wonder if I should have majored in engineering instead of chemistry. That's not to say I don't like chemistry... it's a very interesting field. Well, I don't think the fact that you majored in chemistry means you are doomed to a life of doing theoretical research.
There will probably be plenty of opportunities for you to pursure an engineering-type career... so don't waste too much time regretting your choices ;)

Haha I think you're right :-)

I'm really glad chemistry isn't theoretical research haha. I guess I'm just too interested in industry and large-scale production and perhaps even the economic side of chemical and material processing to lead the life of most chemists ;-) I guess I should be happy that chemistry is such a flexible discipline haha.
