Zelos watched his roommate come in an strip and then of course he blushed and hid his face into his pillow. "Oh my GOD KANDA!" He growled at the other as he threw a pillow at the closed door to the shower, "Don't tease!"

Of course the other always came in with a really bad mood, but what could Zelos do about it? They had many private moments together but, that didn't mean that Zelos had any sway over Kanda's attitude. "OH yeah..." He sat up and grabbed a flier that had been stuffed under their door, "Maybe I should ask him about this."

Zelos was to be ignored, as usual. He only paid any attention to his rommate when he was bothered into it. For the moment, he just curled up, looking like a fluffy black kitten in the plush dark robe with the matching hue of his hair framing his face. He looked over at Zelos curiously, but didn't say anything. The idiot seemed to want to say something.

"Hey Kanda. I think that this is what I have been looking for to get you more involved in school." Ignoring the way his roomate would hiss at him, Zelos sat down on the edge of Kanda's bed. "Look..." He showed his friend the flyer that was clutched in his hand.

"You should participate if you are trying to relax." He would tell the other a chesire grin on his face.

He glared when Zelos sat on the bed, andnearly pushed him off. But instead he snatched the flier to read it. He didn't look amused. Rather, he balled up the paper and threw it across the room. "You're insane if you think I'm going to have anything to do with that... nonsense."

"Oh you shall Kanda...You shall." Zelos grinned and then leaned over the other his hands on either side of Kanda's head. "Because if you don't go i'm going to make sure to stick like glue to you ...for the whole three days you try and hide."

Zelos looked down at him, "Get your boxers out of a twist and just let your hair down .."

At first he looked angry... then confused. he was familiar with those terms of speech. "...I'm not wearing boxers, and my hair IS down."

"ohhhh your not wearing boxers..." Zelos grinned and then leaned down, "Well now that your hair is down maybe I should play with it a bit. You already have step one down without your boxers ...now onto step two." One could never tell if Zelos was joking or not.

Kanda bristled at that, and shoved Zelos away. "Get off of me, idiot. I'm not in the mood for your games."

"Alright then ...But I don't feel like being away from you." He settled to sit down on the foot of Kanda's bed grabbing a book he had borrowed from the library.

"...Fine." He ignored Zelos for awhile, but eventually it was unbearable to lie there with the other so close and yet not touching him. So he moved to stretching out on his stomach, arms folded next to Zelos and his head on them, legs bent up behind him in a relaxed way he'd never want anyone else to see. "...What are you reading?"

"Just a collection of old epic poems and things like that...By a guy I've never heard of." That was all he would say as he continued reading his eyes half lidded as he reached down and then gently stroked a hand through Kanda's hair breifly and then went back to reading.

Kanda didn't move away from the touch, but didn't lean into it either. In fact, he didn't respond to it at all. He was relaxed, though... and seemed content in that position. "Why do you want me to be in that stupid festival anyway?"

"Even if I am there it won't put you at ease?" He asked softly as his hair was tugged and he spared a glance to Kanda as he murmered, "You know...it wouldn't hurt you." He shut the book and looked down to him leaning down to press his lips to Kanda's forehead.

"At least you could go to the first day.." He argued quietly. He wasn't one for yelling matches.

Kanda closed his eyes as Zelos leaned down to hiss his forehead. He was tired, and no longer in the mood to shout himself. "I don't want us to be public. So you wouldn't do any good." He reached to take Zelos's hand in his, and squeezed. He was afraid to be public, really. Especially because he knew that the longer they kept this up, the more it would be... more than physical. Already his roommate's very presence was calming, and he felt comfortable in a way that was totally unfamiliar to him. At the moment, he could have simply drifted off... no guarded, light sleep, but the deep slumber of one who feels safe.

"Alright. Well just consider showing up for the food thing at least kay?" He sat up and then watched him for a moment his hand holding Kandas before he squeezed back with a slight smile he stood up and then murmered, "You want something to drink?"

The bathroom door was kicked open and an irate Noah stomped through it, a little green duck perched atop his head. Debitt stopped for a moment and glowered at both the room's occupants before pointing his revolver at the exorcist. "What the fuck did you do to the duck this fucking time?!"

Kanda jumped when the door opened, and pulled away from Zelos to sit on the bed, blushing furiously and cluthing his robe just to make sure he hadn't let it slip open at all. He turned his face to a scowl, and if he'd had it, he woudl ahev grabbed for his sword. "What do you care? It's a duck, it was in my shower. I got it out of my shower."
