Goku watched her swim back and forth, clad in a pair of red swimshorts. He sat at the edge, squatting down with his hands on the ground like the monkey he was so often compared to. His head canted to the side as he leaned over the water to look at her. He was being totally silent... until he fell into the cool liquid with a loud splash. "ACK--PFFTH!"

She felt the little waves from his fall and her eyes snapped open. She flipped underwater and pushed off the bottom, kicking to the top. Taking a deep breath she looked around, blinking quickly. Stupid chlorine. She saw his flailing figure beneath the water and immediately dove back under. Grabbing his arm, the blonde girl managed to pull them both back above the water. She gave a little cough, grabbing on to the edge of the pool. "Be more... careful, eteud."

Sai headed towards the pool wearing his usual outfit. Zaphikel was busy grading something so he was going to take advantage of the pool...something he hadn't done since swim class. Reaching the charis around it he quickly stripped down to his black speedo,the tiny applique penises all over it glittering in the sun. Stretching, he snapped the thong back to shift it into a more comfortable position as he looked around the area.

Panting a little she glanced around. Upon spotting Sai she immediately looked away, her face scarlet. Those couldn't be what she thought they were on his bathing suit. Knowing him, though, they probably were. "Dryd banjand," she muttered under her breath.

Sai spotted Rikku and waved,padding over,squatting to get nearer to the pool. "Hello!" He said with a smile.

She looked into the water, her face still beet red. "Hey, Sai," she mumbled. Spotting Edgar she smiled widely and waved.

Edgar strolled into the pool area wearing a new pair of dark blue trunks he had bought earlier in the week. Despite being at the University for almost a year, he'd yet to see the pool, and marvelled at the abundance of water. The last time he had seen so much water in one place had been at the South Figaro docks, nearly three years ago. In the pool, he could see Rikku treading water and someone clinging to the edge of the pool.

Taking a short run, Edgar dove into the deep end of the pool and surfaced a moment later, his blond hair plastered to his back and face. Shaking a few strands from his face, he swam over to Rikku and recognised Sai squatting at the edge of the pool. Smiling, he waved to them both.

Chuckling Luc sat down in a chair and just watched. He was fully dressed and was at least wanting SOME time to meet people and also to just be out of his room. He smiled and watched the others diving into the pool with some longing. "Ahhh..I wish I could just dive in!"

Goku blinked. He had fallen in alone, and come up surrounded-- HOLY FLYING FUCK WHAT WAS ON THAT BANANA-HAMMOCK?! Goku sweat-dropped and sunk into the water, totally freaked out since he didn't know anyone there. "Waaaaah.... Who are you guys...?"

Seeing Luke sitting at poolside - and fully dressed, no less - Edgar swam to the edge of the pool and leaned half-out. "Hey, Luke" he called, "Why don't you come on in? The water's fine!"

"I wish I could. But I can't get the cast wet you know?" He just smiled, "So I decided to just come by and watch everyone to get out of the room."

Rolling his eyes he chuckled, "Alright enough with the big talk ...I guess I can judge.." Of course who said he'd judge fair if he didn't want to and it was THAT close. He just smiled innocently with a playful glint in his emerald hues.

"Alright. Ready? Set? Go!" He laughed.

The moment the g-word had left his mouth, she had pushed off from the wall and was speeding down the lane. It wasn't as fast as she could go, but it was pretty close. Rikku had never really been good at pacing herself. The thrill of the race pumped through her veins, spurring her to win. She finished the first lap and dove under, tucking her body into a tight ball as she somersaulted underwater and kicked off once more.

Edgar pushed off of the wall a fraction of a second after Rikku and trailed just slightly behind her for the first leg of the race. Tucking into a tight roll as he turned at the opposite end, he pushed off the wall hard and pulled an arms length ahead. As he passed her, Edgar flashed Rikku a quick wink.

She grinned at him, speeding up her pace. She wasn't about to lose, not even to another mechanic. They were swimming even now, and at the second turn she managed to pull ahead by just a hair.
