It's 3 o'clock and we ask ourselves, "Where are we now?"

Who: Linali and Atem, with a Jounouchi and Yuugi appearance later on
When: The last day of the storm, late afternoon
Where: Around campus, ultimately in the forest
What: Thinking her cat's out in the snowstorm and in danger, Linali braves the storm to search for him, dragging Atem along with her.
Rating: PG? for shoujo manga-ness~

Atem had just gotten up, having slept ridiculously a bit late, and had gotten dressed and was in the middle of brushing his hair when he heard the knock on the door. Wondering who it would be at this time, and who would be seemingly so frantic, he opened the door brush in hand. "Linali?"

"Is Yun-qi here?" Linali asked breathlessly, without any kind of preface. Poking her head inside, her hair dripped on the floor as she looked around for any sign of her cat. No sign of him, or of Yuugi for that matter. "Have you seen him?"

Atem blinked at Linali, then looked back into the room. No, no kitten here; he would have known, because Yun-qi would have definitely made SURE he knew. "I haven't seen him, Linali." He said with a shake of his head, looking at her. "Is he missing?"

She nodded briskly. "I've looked through every single building for him and I can't find him at all. I'm gonna go look outside for him in case he got trapped somewhere." With that, she spun on her heel and started to stride off down the hallway.

Heiji went downstairs dressed in warm clothes, just in case. From what Yuugi said in text it seemed like Atem left in a hurry. He got onto the bottom floor and noticed water by the door to the outside when he checked. He walked to Yuugi's and Atem's room and knocked.

"Oi, It's Hattori Heiji." He said loudly. He looked down and noticed a puddle of water by their door.

'Could it be that there are two...'

They'd been walking towards campus in companionable silence when the snippet of sound reached her ears and she pulled Atem to a stop. "Listen," she said quietly, holding still until the sound blew towards them again. "That's Yuugi!" Not thinking about how much faster she was than him, she took off running towards the source of the sound, hoping he'd be able to tell her that her cat was safe and sound.

Atem could hear Yuugi's voice anywhere, so when Linali stopped him he'd already recognized the shouting. When Linali took off though, she left Atem blinking once or twice. Hmph. He took off after her, hoping indeed to find that Yun-qi was alright but mostly wanting to see Yuugi.
