Who: OPEN! chibi!Atem, chibi!Bakura so far
When: First full day of the virus, right after this conversation.
Where: House Theta: Dorm #107 (and beyond? XD)
What: Atem and Bakura have annoyed each other yet again, and even being kids won't stop them from fighting.
Rating: PG? I don't think they'll be violent enough as children to go to PG-13.

Bakura stood outside of the door to Atem's room, arms crossed and a sulking look on his face. How dare the pharaoh not take him seriously?! His present appearance was not important, he still had plans to carry out. Something bothersom like this simply couldn't be allowed to get in the way.

Taking a breath, the child-sized thief walked straight through the door and into the pharaoh's room, stopping in a rather overdramatic way.

"Do you still think I'm hiding now?" He demanded, facing Atem before brushing back some white hair, which, against all logic, seemed to have been even more unruly in the Egyptian's youth.

Atem looked back over his shoulder when he felt Bakura enter the room, then bothered to turn all the way around to face him and put his hands on his hips. "Not right now, I guess." He acknowledged, shrugging before looking back so he could hit the 'start' button of the coffee pot.

"But obviously if you hadn't shown up you'd be even more pathetic."

Bakura twitched slightly and crossed his arms again, stomping over closer to the pharaoh, arching an eyebrow at the coffee pot. "That stuff is disgusting." He grumbled, not really caring if his opinion was wanted.

"What was that?! Why you little... You don't actually think I'll show up but then you act like a brat if I do! Grrr... This is why I hate you." He pouted again, taking any level of intimidation he had possessed down below zero.

Atem glanced from Bakura to the coffee pot, then back again. "It is not! Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it isn't good. It's really well liked in Egypt now, you know." He added with a know-it-all look.

"This is why? I thought it was just because I was better than you at everything." Atem said, as if he honestly didn't know, his innocent tone made even more adorable with his perfectly innocent-child expression.

Bakura heard Atem's shriek and smirked confidently to himself, continuing down the hall as fast as he could. His bare feet thumped loudly across the floor as he went, but the thief obviously didn't think of the dorm's other occupants.

"Hehe! Try to catch me, stupid pharaoh!" He called tauntingly over his shoulder, at the same time trying to think of any quick escape routes.

Linali, her newly tiny Dark Boots on her feet, had heard the commotion and was roaming the hallways of the boys dorm, looking for the commotion. As she was walking, she heard the taunt and frowned; she didn't like people being mean to other people, especially when she thought she knew who was being taunted. As she heard Bakura's feet thumping around the corner, she waited until he'd just rounded it and pulled her right foot back, kicking him squarely in the shin, careful not to invocate her boots, but as hard as she humanly could.

Bakura tried his best to stop as he saw Linali in front of him, but failed to avoid her swift kick and let out a yelp. "Owww! What did you do that for, stupid?!" He demanded with a scowl, hopping comically for a moment before irately reaching up and yanking on one of Linali's pigtails. If he knew the possible consequences he obviously didn't care.

"This isn't the girls' dorm!"

Atem, chasing Bakura through the hall and not paying any mind to the idea that they shouldn't be so loud, stopped suddenly when he saw Linali appear and kick Bakura in the shin.

He would have burst into giggles, until Bakura pulled Linali's hair. Now instantly furious and looking very silly with tears on his angry little face, Atem stormed up and kicked Bakura hard in the back of the knee. "Leave her alone!"

Cross stepped out of his bedroom, Maria already invocated and ready to stop all of his.

"Maria! Carte guarde - make them all shut up and sit down." He ordered her, so ready to kick a child. If any of them had been Allen, they would be through a wall. He was walking on the thin rope, and all he wanted was a drink.
