Just write. That's the point get it out and polish it up later. Any way to do any writing at lunch?

I can fit in my writing any time I can while working. My work kind of spreads itself out throughout the entire day and into the evening, so I take breaks when I can.

When I last wrote like this, I had a couple of things going for me: the kids weren't using the computer so much, and nobody needed to get up until 7 AM for school. I could get up at 5 AM and write for a couple of hours. Now, that's all gone out the window, so I've got to get a bit more creative these days.
