NaNo Update (Well, a Short One)
Well, NaNo has started with a whimper.
Just as it hit, I got hit with work, sucking up most of my free time except for parts of the weekend. And then, since my work station is right next to the family computer, I had to deal with a lot of "discussion" from the kids over whatever it was they were playing.
Not exactly conducive to writing fiction. I ended up bagging it until I can start getting some time in the early morning like I used to. Hopefully that'll be Monday.
That said, I think I like some of the way it's going. I have to keep telling myself to just write, and not think too much, but unlike some of my previous writing I've gone off in a different direction. I'm not sure where it'll end up, but I like it so far.
