:: I can't believe it's been a year already. The pain has gone away for the most part but her memory never will. I still miss my precious baby, Dana who died last year today. Aw, I'm so sorry. This made me cry :'( So sad & because what I'm going through with my cat :( I feel exactly the same :(
She was a BEAUTIFUL doggie, I'm sure whenever she is she's fine & knows you loved her...like Tiggy would with me hopefully...

I know you can relate. Maybe Tiggy and Dana hang out together in pet-heaven! LOL

It's been a tough year for you as you've lost more than one pet. I don't think it ever gets easier. I guess all we can do is make the most of it while they're here and always tell them how much we love them.

I still miss my puppy Honeybear. We had him put down 7 years ago. The next year, a doggie showed up in a possum trap (we had a possum in our shed). She didn't have an owner. Her name is Sam.

Another puppy will never take her place, but you might love a special puppy again.

It never ceaces to amaze me how fulfilling pets make our lives. The pain a person feels when it's gone can only be understood by a true animal lover.

My mum found a puppy a little before Christmas which looked like it had been hit by a car. She needed an operation but she's fine now. My mum decided to keep her in the end and named her Jazz. Not the brightest of dogs and definitely not a replacement, but it was in need of a home. No one should be on the streets on Christmas. :)
