 I think the world of Joss Whedon. He has brought me many hours of entertainment through his movies & tv shows. His work has made me truly laugh, cry, think, and feel.

Wow. Thanks for directing me to this. And look, he has 399 comments on it. I think he is on to something when he draws a parallel between woman and the environment (sky, trees). Not that it's a mother earth thing, but that there is a drive to corret, to master, to subjugate. I'll be thinking about that essay all day.

I was completely engrossed when reading it. I can get very pessimistic when it comes to men.

Joss just said a lot of things right on the money. I liked his work more because I knew that he was respectful of women to begin with.
