We're walking past the Diamond Cabaret entrance at 2am

All these guys were lined up outside, waiting for cabs or for the valet to pull up with their cars or whatever.  They were all wondering about all the women that were coming out of the club above and why we weren't trying to flirt back with them or tell them where we were going with all the cases of equipment we were lugging.  All five of us that ( Read more... )

You totally missed out mssaskia March 31 2008, 18:11:58 UTC
there was a dancer in the main room with rose petals and I think chocolate drizzled all over her. Women came up, tipped her a dollar, and licked chocolate off. So hot.

I must say that I admire your patience no end. Patience, keeping one's wits about you in stressful situation, and good control over emotions are quailities you seem to have which I lack, and which are, by and large, why I've removed myself from the BDSM "scene".

It seems that these days, too many things make me angry, too easily, for me to risk topping anybody. :(

But enough about me.

Sounds like a pretty cool night.

I did it all for the nookie mssaskia March 31 2008, 18:15:17 UTC
or the popping cherries. I do love giving people their first taste of something and seeing their faces light up. Sometimes literally. Bwaa ha ha ha haaaa

I got to light up a firefighter. I flamed her chest and belly. I was very curious how someone who fights fire for a living feels about people using fire for erotic purposes. She was totally unphased, which would normally bum me out a little, but I was too curious about her headspace. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to ask her about it like I wanted to. It made me think about gun owners I know who don't see the erotic thrill of gun play in a BDSM scene.

Yeah, at first thought, I would think that a firefighter would react negatively to being lit up, but after I thought about it a second, I figure they've probably made their peace with fire.

As for guns, I can totally relate to the disinterested (or even horrified) reactions of gun owners. We (that is, us RESPONSIBLE gun owners) tend to be heavily obsessed with safety, so we don't see guns as toys, no way, no how. Guns are intended to kill, and people who lose sight of that tend to have very bad experiences.

Yeah, I know, I know. I've done knife play. But guns... *sHuDdEr*

I never understand people who don't show respect to other people who are tying them up and flogging them (or who have the capability to do so). I mean, if it was someone less patient and saintly as yourself, that woman could have found herself in a bad situation. Silly drunk people.

I'm used to "me next, do me next" people at events mssaskia March 31 2008, 18:32:32 UTC
I'll usually make eye contact with them and say, "Say please" and most of them will. If they can't be bothered, neither can I.

I also wasn't sure if she wasn't making eye contact because she was really nervous or because she was just that rude. I didn't like feeling like the wait staff. She positioned herself face-out on the cross when she went up there and I *could* have flipped her around, but I thought that might be a good lesson, too. I don't think she tipped.

If those drunk guys had been in the audience, I suspect your activities might've stunned them into silence.

After years of doing fetish events, I've found that women tend to be *much* braver with trying new things than men, especially in a public setting. I think it's an ego thing. Chicks are less hung up on being seen as macho.

funny...I would've thought men would be more willing to try new things just to prove how macho they were.

If it makes them look submissive, nope. Not so much. Women don't have the same type of ego hangups so much, plus we're taught that our sexuality is something that exists to entertain others (think Girls Gone Wild), so making public displays of ourselves is something we have a certain comfort level with that men don't have quite the same.

My mom used to work at the Diamond Cabaret.

I think I even still have some of the T-shirts lying around somewhere....

I'm told the ultimate fighters are in town for a few weeks mssaskia April 2 2008, 09:05:23 UTC
and they love going to Diamond Cabaret. Unfortunately, they don't like to tip and they're extremely abusive to the dancers. Not so much physically as verbally.

It is not a good few weeks to be working there.
