The poem is beautiful, sad, but beautiful. And I think I kinda seen what you’re getting at with ‘there won’t be a third verse’. But who knows one day…

Thank you. *hugs* A third verse would be a miracle and a blessing but I don't see it being written.

I kind of screwed it up though. Should be 'our own' not 'alone' at the end of the chorus. It was 4 am. I'm allowed to make mistakes, right? :D

Thank you for the encouragement! I have certainly survived a lot. They say "The Lord only gives you as much as you can handle" but I sure wish he didn't trust me so much. :P

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. :) Just read your latest journal about getting a new job and moving. It's tough leaving kids behinds. I've only got 3 more days of work and then I'm packing up and moving on to bigger and better things. :) Good luck with your new job.
