A problem I never expected to have

I think everyone who knows me realizes that I have been running a geeky website for a while now. Through that website, a few doors have opened and I've had opportunities to interview several actors and others involved with the arts. I’ve been told that my interviews seem to be very laid back and entertaining as well as informative and people seem ( Read more... )

I'd like to ask her about her experience at the Vancouver Film School! :]

And did she watch Sci-Fi while growing up? Is that why she chose Vancouver to start up her career?

Great questions. See, I wouldn't have thought of asking about her schooling. :) Thank you!

:D Personal curiousity. There are so many acting schools in Vancouver (Schoolcreative, Lyric School of Acting, etc.) - why VFS?

I would like to ask her what kind of Sanctuary episode she would like to do, focused entirely on her character, Ashley.

Being that it's still early in the series there are so many possibilities. I just wonder if she has any ideas that she'd love to see come to fruition?

I'd also love to know if she has more fun playing the action sequences, or the more one on one scenes with Amanda, or Chris?

Very cool. Thank you for that. Again, something I wouldn't have thought to ask. :)

Maybe this has already been answered a few times (very likely, but moving right along), but why the role of Ashley? What drew her to it?

Who would she love to work with as a guest star on the show?

Did she ever imagine herself doing this sort of work? (i.e. was she planning on going for sci-fi/action on television eventually, or looking more at a different genre/forum and sort of fell into this?)

Where does she see herself 2/5/10 years down the line?

Is there anything about the character of Ashley that really irks her? (Can she answer a q like that? Hmmmm....)

Ohhhhh, you're well aware that I have questions, Raven.

And I suspect you also know - not a one of those questions has a hope of ever achieving so much as a passing acquaintance with the concept of 'laid back'!

ROFL.

Let me get the splash sheild in place before you whip out that scalple. :P

Seriously though, have you read the graphic novel/comic book Paradox? I really want to talk about the movie she is doing more then Sanctuary. I want to help promote the new movie, not the TV show. :)

:P You say "Kull" and I automatically hear:

"Your bride is over 3,000 years old"
"She told me she was 19!"

I do hope your sinuses are improved quickly. I recommend lots of fenugreek!

Alas, I'll have to do botanical research first. Very wary here, regarding allowing anything new and herbal near the allergies and lupus, which are seemingly intertwined since my ill-advised attempt at allergy injections...
