But at the same time is it wrong for me to sympathize with Meredith and not be angry at her?

I am not angry. I was more angry with Izzie lol. But I so agree about Mer just being real. Do I think she should have even let things get to this point? NO! Of course not. But people make stupid mistakes. Can you fault her for being human?

Right, as much as I didn't like that it got to the level it got to I can also totally understand where she is coming from by her background and what she wanted out of the situation.

She was at an emotional low point in that moment and George(wonderful and fantastic George) was there and saying all the right things and her brain jumped to "Let me give this a shot." She wanted what George was offering, what woman wouldn't want that? But when they got down to business she realized that as wonderful as George is, as much as he may love her, that she just doesn't feel the same way and she cannot force herself to feel the same way.

I love the fact that although Cristina wasn't 100% behind her that in the end, Cristina was a true friend to her and didn't attempt to get all high and mighty with her like Izzie.

I've had a problem with how Izzie tends to be from time to time for a while now ... But I can't help but be all fangirly with this show

They won they won and 3 Red Wing Players SCORED!!! My little birds on skates scored!!! and the last goal the set up was fantastic and *jumping with glee and joy* yeah so I'm gonna shut up now but I guess you can tell I'm excited ... and you are right now its back to the NHL with the red wings looking pretty damn strong I just hope we can carry it through ....

I am so excited about the resuming of the season .. a bit apprehensive though because of what 9 of my Rangers went through playing in Torino .. defenitely Henrik is the happiest, but then I have 1 Fin(Villie Nimenem), 1 Slovak(he was eliminated on Wednesday, Marcel Hossa), 2 Russians(Darius Kasparatis & Fedor Tutyn) and 4 Czechs(Jaromir Jagr, Martin Straka, Martin Ruchinsky, & Marek Malik) .... The Czech's won Bronze and then the Fin Silver so while not ecstatic like Lundy in time they will appreciate their medals if they don't already ...

I worry about fatigue and since we were on such a roll(like your Red Wings so I know that you can relate) I worry about picking up where we left off .. the only thing that makes me feel better is that our team won't be the only one that had major players in the games so that makes me more comfortable and our team this year is such a good TEAM instead of a collection of individuals that I feel I am worrying for nothing .. anyhow, it's Philly on Thursday ...

Henrik is from Are, Sweden .... He has a Twin brother named Joel who plays a forward position, but they aren't identical although they do look A LOT alike being twins and all ...

Yeah, they looked like they(The Fins) were holding back tears ... although I read the Finland did celebrate their Silver medal win so that's awesome ...
