Looking up from her book, Sara gazes at his brother with loving condescension. “How many times do I have to remind you that you’re not the only well-read person in this relationship?”

Uh, sure Sara, that's how you know...

Well-read as she may be, why do I not believe her for a second? ;)

I love Sara.

Well, as I said to a certain mutual friend of ours last night when she made a certain suggestion, on-line shopping could be considered 'reading'. *g*

Well, just...

I love this for so many reasons, I will not even attempt to count the ways. The fact you have given yourself prompts blows my mind, and the prompts themselves are so fantastic. Also, the idea that this might be written for my 25th birthday is so very wonderful, I may even place my red thongs upon my hands, sit back from the keyboard and clap loudly, using the rubber enhancement to ensure you hear the applause in the Republic.

Thanks so much. For everything. Who would have thought so many things *can* become lost in translation - whether due to international differences (as you have ficced above) or because of the limitations of online chat?

This is very special and will always be treasured by me.

Crack and Thongs. How could I not use them as prompts? *g*

And you're turning 25 already? I thought it was only your 22nd birthday? Wow, how time flies. *strives to keep a straight face*

I'm so glad you liked this fic and the other, my fab friend. They were written with lots of love and gentle snark and cyberhugs.

“A g-string,” Sara says absentmindedly from the lounge chair at the other end of the deck, flipping the page of her paperback with a lazy hand.

I love Sara.

I want to live in the Full Circle series. Would you be okay with that? *g*

Wonderful, my dear!

As the official 'person who picks things up' in our household, this felt very truthful to me!

And I grew up (US, Pacific Northwest) calling them thongs or zori. Flip flops or shower shoes is more US Midwest, as I understand it, though another friend (roots in US South) called them sloppy shoes.
