Title: Promise Fandom: Prison Break Characters:Sucre, Maricruz Length: 100 words Notes: Written for the most amusing Donut Drabbles challenge here. Because churros are donuts, too. *g*
There are not enough Sucre fics in the world, so write away!
By the way, I totally had to wikipedia what a churro was. For some reason, I was originally imagining something resembling a Chiko Roll (don't ask me why, I'm as bemused as you).
Aww, that was really really sweet, and kinda sad when he wakes up, and then sweet again when he asks Michael when are they getting out. And churros are like donuts? Not in my country *is confused* I didn't even know that people outside Spain knew the word "churro", that was funny to know.

Heh. That author's note was a bit of a joke, I have to admit. Churros do get called "spanish donuts" quite a lot, I'm afraid. I've had them a few times in my state here in Australia at fairs and markets. Too yummy.
I just found out that there're like a million different kind of churros out there, LOL. I didn't find a pic of the churros we eat here in Andalucía. But anyway, I guess they're called "spanish donuts" because they're made with flour, water and salt, and then they're fried. But they don't look, even taste, the same. It's still funny, hehe. Thank you for letting me know, I always like to know things like that about other countries ;)

YOU PUT MICHAEL IN IT TOO. Sorry... that doesn't *normally* happen. I just wasn't expecting it *grin*.
Churros!! YAY! I haven't had one of those since I was in Queensland last year...

Yay for the donut festival and your drabble is wonderful, and Sucre is not dead (is he?)
Thanks for writing it, another different pairing to share donuts.
