No headache this morning, thank goodness. I'm feeling slightly sluggish and I just want to drift off to sleep, but I'm going to make my morning hours count, and heading to the gym.
The plan is to do one hour of cardio, and one hour of weight training, but we'll see what's up when I get there.

I'll drink a protein shake before I go.

So, I tried the Diet Muscle Milk (Chocolate) this evening, and I thought it was very, very good.
On a scale from 1-10, with 10, this would definitely rate an 8 at least. The other stuff (I can't even recall the name, because I'm desperately trying to forget it) being a 3 probably.

I drove all around my city today looking for cake batter protein shakes, and I couldn't find any. I've been off of my game all day because of the stupid headache and late start to the day. I've only been able to drink one protein shake.
