I'm trying to make a boiled egg for breakfast.  I don't want it hard boiled and dry--but boiled to where the yolk is just starting to set.  We'll see how this science experiment goes.  Have no idea what wild hair made me want to make a boiled egg but I guess I'll go with it ( Read more... )

did not seem to change the outcome of my day much. I still slept quite a bit. I still had a sore throat and difficulty swallowing. However, I did not feel as foggy. So will continue to cut back on the meds to what I feel I can tolerate. The lighter dosage, at worst, leaves me more obviously sore & achy ( Read more... )
