I went and joined the gym yesterday. I attended Water Workout which was fun-it involved 70's party hits and I can confidently say it is the first time I have done aerobics to the Rocky Horror Picture Show! Yoga on saturday and I need to get a gym program sorted. Would be nice to be back to a size 12 so I can fit into my clothes again.
