New Favorite Meal

Here's what you need: 
2 frozen fish fillets thawed
1 ear of corn
Some green veggies (celery, cucumber, bell pepper, salad greens, or a combo of some or all of these)
Some red or yellow veggies (optional)
Avocado (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil 
Lime Juice
Hot Sauce (I use red tabasco)

Here's what I do: 
Come home and turn on the oven to preheat to 400F.

So why did you not cook this for your parent's anniversary and bring it to MIchigan?

because my mom doesn't actually like fish all that much - wouldn't be much of a gift for her.
